It began with a moment of maternal panic.

I watched my five-year-old daughter sitting before a screen, her entire being seemingly "absorbed" by the light. The absolute immersion in digital dopamine was so profound that it surpassed any moment of our real-world play. In that instant, I realized that algorithms were "feeding" my child more effectively than I was.

It struck me: A Child is a reflection of their parents. If I, as a mother, am also "floating" in a flood of digital fragments and mental noise, I have no right to demand depth from her. I had to find my own "internal gravity" first.

I shared this anxiety within my private circle of friends. During couples late-night conversations around a quiet dining table, I discovered we all shared this same sense of "weightlessness." We realized that when we quiet the noise and reconnect the fragmented pieces of knowledge—when we rediscover the underlying laws of the world—a long-lost sense of security returns.
